1. Legal Information<\/strong>
The nerox.store website is published by Xavier PERRARD, an individual entrepreneur, registered as a micro-enterprise in France.

2. Scope of Application<\/strong>
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all sales concluded on the nerox.store website, both in France and internationally.
Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.<\/p>\n

3. Products<\/strong>
The products offered are PowerPads, designed and handcrafted by the seller.
Each product is described as accurately as possible. Due to their handcrafted nature, slight variations may exist.<\/p>\n

4. Prices<\/strong>
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included, meaning no VAT is applicable under the basic exemption scheme (art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code). No intra-community VAT number is assigned to the seller under this scheme. Where applicable, import duties and taxes remain the responsibility of the buyer outside the European Union.
Delivery fees are added during checkout, depending on the destination.
The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price invoiced is that in effect at the time of the order.<\/p>\n

5. Shipments outside the European Union \u2013 customs duties, taxes and DAP Incoterm<\/strong><\/p>\n

For all orders delivered outside the European Union (including the United States and the United Kingdom), shipments are made under the DAP Incoterm (\u201cDelivered At Place\u201d).
The product prices and shipping costs shown on the website do not include<\/strong> any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or local VAT that may be charged in the country of destination.<\/p>\n

In this context, the customer acts as the importer of record<\/strong>. It is the customer\u2019s responsibility to check, before placing an order, which duties and taxes may be payable in their country and to bear the full cost of them.<\/p>\n

The carrier and\/or customs authorities may request payment of these amounts before the parcel is released.
By confirming the order, the customer expressly acknowledges this and undertakes to pay<\/strong> all duties, taxes and fees required to receive the parcel.<\/p>\n

If the customer refuses to pay these amounts, or if delivery is impossible for a reason attributable to the customer (no answer, wrong or incomplete address, failure to provide requested documents, etc.), the order will be treated as cancelled by the customer<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

    If the parcel is returned to the seller in good condition:<\/strong>
    the seller may offer, at the customer\u2019s choice:
    \u2013 either reshipment, with new shipping costs to be paid entirely by the customer;
    \u2013 or a refund of the product price, after deduction<\/strong> of:<\/p>\n

      the initial shipping costs,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      any return costs charged by the carrier,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      and, where applicable, any non-refundable duties\/taxes and administrative handling fees.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

      If the parcel is not returned<\/strong> (for example if it is destroyed or abandoned in customs) or is returned damaged \/ unsaleable:
      no refund will be made.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      In any case, the initial shipping costs will not be refunded<\/strong> where the failure of delivery is due to the customer.<\/p>\n

      6. Order<\/strong>
      The customer can place an order on the nerox.store website via the secure online ordering system.
      The order is considered accepted after payment validation.
      The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order.<\/p>\n

      7. Payment<\/strong>
      Payment is made online via the proposed methods (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
      The order will only be shipped after full payment is received.<\/p>\n

      8. Delivery<\/strong>
      Delivery terms are detailed in the “Shipping and Delivery” section of the website.
      Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination and carrier.
      The seller cannot be held responsible for any delay or loss attributable to the carrier or to a case of force majeure.<\/p>\n

      9. Right of Withdrawal<\/strong>
      In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n

      Exceptions (Art. L221-28):
      The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
      – products manufactured or assembled on demand according to customer specifications;
      – unsealed products (opened packaging) after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons.<\/p>\n

      Any return will only be accepted if the product is intact, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
      Otherwise, no refund can be issued.
      Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.<\/p>\n

      10. Warranties<\/strong>
      In accordance with current legislation, all products benefit from:
      – the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the French Consumer Code);
      – the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).
      In case of a defect, the customer is invited to contact customer service via email with a photo and description of the problem.<\/p>\n

      11. Liability<\/strong>
      The seller cannot be held responsible for:
      – indirect damages (loss of operation, financial harm, etc.) related to the purchase;
      – inappropriate or non-compliant use of the product;
      – the consequences of an accident, fall, injury, or other damage resulting from the use of the product, particularly in connection with personal mobility vehicles (EUCs, scooters, etc.).<\/p>\n

      The customer is entirely responsible for the use of the product and must ensure its proper functioning before each use, as well as comply with safety instructions.
      In any event, the seller’s liability is limited to the amount of the order.<\/p>\n

      12. Personal Data<\/strong>
      Personal data collected during the order is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
      All information on this subject can be found in the Privacy Policy available on the website.<\/p>\n

      13. Applicable Law and Disputes<\/strong>
      These GTC are governed by French law.
      In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
