Warranty and Return

1. Legal Warranty
All products sold on nerox.store benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code).

The customer has a period of 2 years from the delivery of the product to claim the warranty of conformity.

2. Warranty excluded in case of misuse
The warranty does not cover:
– Damage due to inappropriate or dangerous use (e.g., fall, impact, water exposure, etc.);
– Normal wear and tear or alterations related to time or storage;
– Any modification or attempted repair carried out by the customer or a third party;
– Non-compliance with usage or maintenance conditions.

Before any use, the customer is responsible for checking the product’s condition and ensuring its proper functioning.

3. Defective product upon receipt
If the product has a clear defect upon receipt, the customer has 7 days to contact customer service by email at the following address: nerox.euc@gmail.com
Please include:
– the order number,
– a description of the problem,
– and photos of the product concerned.

The seller will then offer, as appropriate:
– an exchange,
– a repair,
– or a partial/total refund.

4. Right of withdrawal and return
In accordance with the law, the customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for legal exceptions (see GTC).

Returns will only be accepted if the product is:
– unused,
– in new condition,
– in its original sealed packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the return is validated, the refund will be processed within 14 days, using the same payment method as used for the order.

5. Return Address
Returns must be sent to the following address (only after validation by customer service):

No returns will be accepted without prior request.

6. Product damaged during transport
If the package is damaged upon receipt, the customer must refuse delivery or make a written reservation with the carrier.
The seller cannot be held responsible for damage occurring during transport if no claim was made upon delivery.
