Shipping and Delivery

1. Production Time and Pre-orders
All PowerPads offered on nerox.store are designed and handcrafted by the seller.
Production is therefore carried out in small batches or on demand, depending on current capacity.
Two scenarios are possible:
– Product in stock: the order is processed within 2 to 5 business days.
– Product out of stock: the customer can place a pre-order, with an estimated manufacturing time of 5 to 15 business days depending on current volumes.
The exact timeframe is specified during the order process or by email after confirmation.
If in doubt, the customer can contact customer service before ordering.
2. Delivery Zones
The nerox.store shop delivers its products:
– In Metropolitan France (including Corsica and Monaco);
– In European Union countries;
– Internationally, currently only upon request via the contact form (excluding areas under sanctions or logistical restrictions).
3. Processing Times
Each order is handcrafted or prepared by the seller.
Processing times are generally 2 to 5 business days before shipping.
In case of high demand or out of stock, additional time may be required; the customer will be informed by email.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination. For reference:
– France: 2 to 4 business days after dispatch
– European Union: 4 to 7 business days
– International: 7 to 15 business days
These times are indicative and not guaranteed. The seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.
5. Backordered Items (15 business days lead time)
Some items may be marked as “Backordered”. For these products:
– Preparation/production time: 15 business days before shipping.
– This timeframe is in addition to the transport times indicated in point 4 (France/EU/International).
– In the case of a mixed order (in-stock + backordered items), shipping will default to a single shipment on the latest date. Upon request, a split shipment may be offered (potential additional shipping costs apply).
– Times are indicative (business days, excluding weekends and public holidays). In case of a significant extension, we will inform you; you may choose to maintain the order with a new timeframe, a partial shipment when possible, or cancellation with a refund for unshipped items.
The “backorder + estimated lead time” information is displayed on the product page, in the cart, and during checkout.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the order stage, based on:
– the destination country;
– the total weight of the package;
– the chosen delivery method.
France & EU: no customs duties. Rate calculated according to package weight (0–1 kg / 1–2 kg).
Certain order thresholds may qualify for free delivery, depending on current promotions.
7. Order Tracking
Once the order has been shipped, a tracking number is sent to the customer by email.
It is the customer’s responsibility to track their package and report any abnormal delays.
8. Damaged or Unreceived Package
The customer must check the condition of the package upon delivery. In case of visible damage, they must refuse the package or make a written reservation with the carrier.
If the package is lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer, the seller cannot be held responsible.
9. Undelivered Shipment
In case of absence during delivery:
– The carrier may drop off the package at a relay point or mailbox if possible.
– If the package is returned to the seller (unclaimed package or incorrect address), a reshipment may be offered at the customer’s expense.
10. Force Majeure
The seller cannot be held responsible for delays or inability to deliver in cases of force majeure, such as strikes, adverse weather conditions, customs blockages, or any other unforeseeable and independent circumstance.
