3. Products
The products offered are PowerPads, designed and handcrafted by the seller.
Each product is described as accurately as possible. Due to their handcrafted nature, slight variations may exist.

4. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included, meaning no VAT is applicable under the basic exemption scheme (art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code). No intra-community VAT number is assigned to the seller under this scheme. Where applicable, import duties and taxes remain the responsibility of the buyer outside the European Union.
Delivery fees are added during checkout, depending on the destination.

The order is considered accepted after payment validation.
The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Payment is made online via the proposed methods (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
The order will only be shipped after full payment is received.

7. Delivery
Delivery terms are detailed in the “Shipping and Delivery” section of the website.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination and carrier.
The seller cannot be held responsible for any delay or loss attributable to the carrier or to a case of force majeure.

8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Exceptions (Art. L221-28):
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

– unsealed products (opened packaging) after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons.

Any return will only be accepted if the product is intact, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
Otherwise, no refund can be issued.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

In accordance with current legislation, all products benefit from:

– inappropriate or non-compliant use of the product;
– the consequences of an accident, fall, injury, or other damage resulting from the use of the product, particularly in connection with personal mobility vehicles (EUCs, scooters, etc.).

The customer is entirely responsible for the use of the product and must ensure its proper functioning before each use, as well as comply with safety instructions.
In any event, the seller’s liability is limited to the amount of the order.

11. Personal Data
Personal data collected during the order is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
All information on this subject can be found in the Privacy Policy available on the website.

12. Applicable Law and Disputes
